2.1 Executive Training Services
GrowthLeaderEdge provides tailored sessions, workshops, and coaching aimed at senior leaders and executives. Sessions may be delivered on-site or virtually according to client requirements.
2.2 Digital Learning Materials
We offer online courses, webinars, and downloadable content designed to enhance leadership competencies. Access credentials will be granted upon successful completion of enrollment procedures.
2.3 Physical Business Tools
Our curated selection of books, workbooks, and branded materials is available for purchase through GrowthLeaderEdge.com and shipped to the address provided at checkout.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
This section outlines eligibility and procedures for refunds, cancellations, and transfers across our service categories.
3.1 Executive Training Services
Cancellations received in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled session start date will be eligible for a full fee credit toward a future session date. Credits are valid for one year from the original session date. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the session are not eligible for credit due to resource commitments made in advance.
3.2 Digital Learning Materials
Requests made within 14 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the content may receive a full refund of the purchase price. To submit a request, please use our contact form. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
3.3 Physical Business Tools
Items may be shipped back to GrowthLeaderEdge within 30 days of receipt in original condition and packaging. After inspection, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
3.4 Non-Refundable Services
Certain bespoke engagements, custom workshop packages, and off-site retreats are non-refundable due to immediate allocation of personnel, venues, and materials. This policy ensures quality and availability for all clients.
3.5 Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to transfer a booking to a future date with at least 7 days notice. Approval is subject to availability of trainers and venues. Any difference in fees for the new date will be invoiced or credited accordingly.
4. Payment Terms
All fees are due upon invoice or at the time of purchase. Payment methods accepted are credit card and bank transfer as indicated on GrowthLeaderEdge.com. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access or cancellation of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and methodologies provided by GrowthLeaderEdge are the exclusive property of GrowthLeaderEdge. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
GrowthLeaderEdge’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service or product in question. Under no circumstances shall GrowthLeaderEdge be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses.
